Payment for ready-made goods available can be paid in cash to the courier, through Privat 24 or cash on delivery.
The fd-store.com online store works only on a prepaid basis (Prepayment to a bank card, our manager will inform you of the card number). After receiving the money, we send the parcel to the warehouse of Nova Poshta, where you can inspect your order and pay the rest of the amount.

If the product does not suit you, the prepayment is returned to the client.
We take an advance payment. most of the orders come with personalization and very often buyers forget to pick up the package and we have to pay transportation costs + storage of the package in the warehouse.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. (Details will be communicated by the manager)
Orders outside Ukraine are sent only after 100% payment.
Not all goods can be returned. they may be in the group of goods not subject to exchange.
